Hi, I'm Mike!
Thank you for visiting my blog. I started this blog to document my progress and experimentation with baking. I usually follow recipes but sometimes add my own little twist. I hope as I gain more experience that I can create my own recipes and share them with you.
I have always had an interest in cooking, growing up I was always watching the Food Network. Although, I had such an interest in cooking and baking, I never really did much of it until the last few years. I am an amateur baker but learn quickly. I plan on exploring more of the baking world. Are bagels hard to make? I guess I will soon find out!
